Satya [सत्य] - "truth" in Sanskrit.
Satya was opened in 2014 by chef Ilan Grosi ("Chakra" and "Shanti"), and after a year joined Chilik
Sharabi ("the workshop") and Eran Avishai (M.F.A Department of Photography at Bezalel).
Together they create a happy Jerusalem kitchen with a love for food and hospitality.
Every day they create a special menu along with a seasonal and rich menu including fish dishes, seafood and meat dishes
